Slow Cooker Tapioca

Ingredients

1/2 Half Gallon Our Family Farms Whole Milk  
1 cup small pearl tapioca (not the quick cook kind) 
1 cup sugar 
4 large eggs beaten 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. In a large slow cooker, combine the milk, tapioca and sugar. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Stir occasionally. 
2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs; stir in a small amount of hot tapioca mixture and the vanilla. Return all to the slow cooker, stirring to combine. Cover and cook on high for 5-10 more minutes.
